Pale gold colour; the delicate perfume of sage and apple; full flavour, fresh and lively, very savoury with a distinctive, pleasant aftertaste of sweet almonds.
Contemporary master vintner Sergio Mionetto produces this wine based on a formula handed down by Francesco Mionetto, who founded the winery in 1887. A touch of three old grape varieties is blended with the area’s finest Prosecco grapes; the result is a dry, lightly fruity wine with just a hint of acidity.
The bright colour is peach pink. Its foam is rich and persistent. The aroma is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of wild roses. Its taste is intense with adequate acidity, well-balanced and fresh with notes of raspberry.

Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé gets its stunningly beautiful colour from the addition of still red wine from the great Champagne vineyards of Ambonay and Bouzy, this 'l'addition' method gives a lovely depth and vibrancy to the colour as well as consistency and quality. 3 years ageing on the lees gives a complexity and roundness to the wine that has lifted aromas of soft red fruit, including raspberry and wild strawberry. It has a smooth, elegant and fruity palate with crisp acidity and a long finish.

Bright cherry red with ruby highlights. Numanthia is a powerful, intense wine, fresh yet silky, offering an explosion of fruity flavours such as ripe raspberry, blackberry and cherry. It boasts a complex nose, with spicy notes, among them mint, cloves and tobacco. Firm on the palate, with a harmonious, balanced, fleshy development. On balance, what is most noticeable in this wine is its structure, its body and depth. Its finish is firm and persistent, with refreshing acidity and touches of mocha, shiitake mushrooms and spice.
