Patron Platinum Tequila, 70cl
One of the premium offerings from the famous Patron Tequila distillery, gran patron platinum uses the finest blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. Triple distilled and then rested for a short time in oak tanks, Gran Patron Platinum is wonderfully smooth and full-bodied. The nose is full of that fresh agave teamed with citrus and fresh fruit and the flavour follows suit with the agave taking centre stage, citrus and fruit following on. Its finish is long and spiced with white pepper.
Patron Anejo Tequila, 70cl
Patron Anejo is treated with the same delicate nurturing process as a good wine. Uniquely aged tequilas are wonderfully blended together and each individual tequila is matured in its own small white oak barrel before combining. It has warm amber tones and a woody aroma with notes of raisins and vanilla. The flavour is smooth and sweet on the palate with the woody and vanilla notes coming together strongly and a hint of sweet honey coming in. Launched to commemorate the 25th anniversary of pampero, anniversary rum is produced for Venezuelan molasses and matured in a pungent ex-bourbon cask. As you open up the short, squat bottle you’ll enjoy treacle rich aromas with festive spice notes. The flavour is welcomingly sweet but rounded and spicy oak notes sit comfortably alongside dried fruit and nutmegs. Olmeca Silver Tequila, 70cl

Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, 70cl
Olmeca Altos reposado spends a little longer being aged than other Olmeca tequilas, with 18 months in 200-litre white American ex-bourbon casks. It retains a super sweet and fresh flavour with its aroma packed full of bright fruitiness, notes of strawberry and cherry. The woody smokiness from the casks is apparent and is brought out even further when you take a sip. Ocho Reposado Tequila, 50cl
Ocho reposado tequila is timed to precision to deliver the exacting flavour that its creators demand. Aged for exactly 8 weeks and 8 days, Ocho Reposado is made from 100% blue agave and has an aroma which is rich in vanilla and leads into a soft, delicate flavour that brings out sweet almond and vanilla notes with a little cinnamon spice. Vegetal notes come through in the flavour of red peppers and are teamed with citrus. It’s a vegetal tequila which is light, enjoyable and subtle to the end.

Ocho 8 Plata is a limited edition silver tequila which is refreshing and clean on the nose. Cedar, mint and spice all come through and there’s a satisfying earthiness to this tequila and your taste. Pepper and mint work in tandem to deliver hot and cool hits of flavour and they also work alongside the sweetness offered by agave and hints of raspberry. The finish lingers with those raspberry notes at the centre but still a whisper of that spicy pepper too.
Oban 14yr Whisky, 70CL
A west highland malt of real esteem, this 14-year-old Oban is traditional in its flavour but this isn’t something to overlook. Rich and smoky on the nose, this Oban has a medicinal flavour about it, with notes of the sea, coast and seaweed all coming through together. Smooth sweetness is offered up by citrus-infused vanilla but it’s the medicinal notes which truly make this a memorable dram.

No.3, 70cl
A perfectly balanced blend of three fruits and three spices, no.3 gin’s name has more than one meaning. Named for the address in st. James’ street in London which inspired its design, no.3 is simply produced using those classic gin flavours juniper berries, angelica root and coriander. These flavours are combined with orange and grapefruit peel alongside cardamom pods and the end result is smooth, lightly spiced and wonderfully enjoyable.

Myers Rum, 70cl
Myer’s Rum is one of those spirits which simply calls out from a soft drink/mixer/mixer. A brand that’s been around since 1879, Myer's rum brings together a blend of nine separate rums and is one of jamaica’s popular exports. On opening, you’ll be hit with an intense molasses-thick aroma, with stewed prunes, apples and butter toffee coming through. The flavour is less intense but the notes are all still there and are brought into their own once you add your other cocktail ingredients. Very sweet, Myers rum is perfectly paired with coke or ginger.
Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, 70cl
Your ancestors may even have heard of this one, Mount Gay is one of the world’s oldest rums, dating back to the 18th century. Pure Barbadian spring water and sugar cane are blended to create the trademark flavour, the recipe still the same as when first created. Notes of apricot and banana burst from the bottle and there’s a subtle smokiness that comes from the Kentucky bourbon barrels the rum is aged in.

Martell Cordon Blue Cognac, 70cl
Martell cordon bleu is a distinguished cognac which marries together the flavours of a number of different Eaux de vie from the borders region. Created in 1912 it is deep golden copper in colour and has strong aromas of orchard fruits, plummy warmth, cinnamon, vetiver and toasted almonds. The flavour is simple and mellow with a long and fruit-filled finish coupled with light spices and a hint of honey.
MarGin London Dry Gin, 50cl
MarGin’s founder Rachel Verghis is a former banker, passionate art collector and a gin sipping enthusiast. Inspired by an article about an artist who commissioned a perfumer to recreate the scent of the dollar bill, she embarked upon her own quest to create a premium spirit imbued with the quintessence of a banknote.
On that quest she chanced upon the ‘white fiver’—the first fully printed five pound note issued by the Bank of England in 1793. Struck by the elegance and heritage of this iconic note, Rachel saw the perfect union of liquid and label for her artisanal gin brand.
And so MarGin was born; a classic London dry gin, a tipple as cool, crisp and uncomplicated as a freshly printed ‘white fiver’, to be savoured like a smooth single malt or fine Cognac.

Distilled from juniper, coriander, Italian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and 4 further botanicals and is 41% ABV. Grapefruit skins are infused in Italian grain spirit for 36 hours this gives Malfy Rosa its colour.
Maker's Mark Whisky, 70cl
Maker’s mark’s claim to fame is that they distil their bourbon to the lowest proof in the whole of us. They believe their distillation process ensures their bourbon’s rich, powerful flavour and the addition of red winter wheat adds a necessary smoothness. Fruity and rich on the nose you can enjoy the heat of spiced honey and the zest of mixed peels. Rye, spice and barley malt come through alongside butterscotch and vanilla, rounded the drink off perfectly.

Macallan 25yr Whisky, 70cl

Luxardo Passione Nera is aromatised with liquorice and maintains the sharp anise flavour of regular sambuca, familiar to fans of the classic drink. The holy island of Lindisfarne brings us more than religious piety, Lindisfarne Mead is a classic, traditional drink which is enjoyed in households around the country. Using honey which is sourced from around the world Lindisfarne Mead is a velvety smooth fortified wine which uses the natural water from an artesian well to develop its flavour. Herbs and fermented grape juice bring out the flavour and altogether a sweet, light flavour is created.

Lillets beefy brother. Big notes of red summer berries and juicy Valencia oranges with lashes of spicy red wine. The finish is tannic yet sweet with squishy summer fruit notes.

Named for a well-known region of Rio, Leblon cachaça looks like any other white rum or vodka but its flavour tells a different story. Its nose is a borderline combination of sugar sweetness and zesty citrus and is reminiscent of a good rum and a slice of lime. On drinking, you’ll enjoy an initial hit of that limey citrus soon followed by strong rum-like flavours tempered down by sugar cane sweetness. Leblon is harsh on the palate but not overwhelmingly so and is a great alternative to your average white rum in a daiquiri.
Laphroaig Quarter Cask Whisky, 70cl
Laphroaig quarter cask was released in 2004 to much esteem. Youthful compared to other offerings it’s a highly commendable malt which still has a bold, enticing flavour despite its young age. Oily and butter-rich on the nose, toffee, nuts and hickory smoke come through measuredly. The palate gives a bold hit of sweetness with fiery chilli heat coming through quickly in pursuit, medicinal freshness, chewy cereals and even a hint of cola also follow.
Laphroaig 10yr Whisky, 70cl
This smoky little number will not let you down. 10-year-old offering from the esteemed Laphroaig distillery, it has that classic medicinal taste we all know and love. The powerful muscle of peat comes through in the nose with liquorice and sweet baking spices following behind. As far as the flavour goes it’s sultry, with a real coastal feel and has notes of sweet vanilla, strong oak and spicy chilli there too. It ends dryly, inviting you to give it another sip.
Lanique Rose Petal Vodka, 70cl
Thick rose and lemon notes on the opening followed closely by delicate Turkish delight and faint Arabian spice. The finish is thick and full with heaps of rose and strawberry on the finish with a sweet yet comfortably strong bite. Cracking for cocktails and begs for champagne. Serve from the fridge to get the very best from this one.

A single malt that many lusts after, Lagavulin 16 year old is a southern islay offering which combines bright rich notes with a light dryness, creating an interesting, concentrated flavour. Distilled in Paris utilising a 19th-century recipe, la fee Parisienne is exclusively authenticated by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the absinthe museum. With classic green hues and the flavours of traditional wormwood, fennel anise and hyssop it has both a herbal aroma and sharp aniseed flavour.
