Dom Pérignon Rosé is the third expression of Dom Pérignon's unique style. A delicate balancing act, this is not simply the Rosé version of Dom Pérignon Blanc, but rather a crown jewel of Dom Pérignon – impetuous yet tamed. It embodies the vivacity and vibrancy of Pinot Noir while retaining the balance essential to the Dom Pérignon style.
The year 2003 was warm, with cooler-than-average temperatures in the month of july and frequent storms that brought significant amounts of rain and hail. the initial tastings revealed that the chardonnay grapes harvested were supple, ample and complex; the pinot noir harvest was structured and offered great length. in contrast to prior vintages, a qualitative homogeneity was found in the two grape varieties harvested, conferring on dom pérignon rosé vintage 2003 its well-defined classical balance.

Majority of Grenache with Syrah and Mourvedre. A deep red wine with purple shades. Intense nose with aromas of black fruits and spices. Generous and ample, this cuvée combines finesse and structure. Ending full-bodied with an elegant tannic structure. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
An off-dry medium-bodied wine. Intense tropical flavours of guava, ripe apple and pear on the palate. It has a fresh clean crisp acidity that washes over you and is well-balanced with the vibrant fruit flavours.
Yellow straw in colour with sparkles of brilliant green. the nose displays fresh, clean citrus aroma and a beautiful floral intensity. The palate is dry with crunchy green apple fruit and refreshing acidity.
Deep red with violet hues. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit and liquorice aromas are enhanced. Leaves tasty and persistent fruity notes on the palate.
This Sauvignon Blanc is allowed good hang time and develops an abundance of delicate fruit flavours and freshness. Saline minerality and passion fruit.
This is a delicious 'semi seco' cava - meaning it is slightly sweeter and richer to balance the chill of ice so that the taste of our wine is not diluted. Expect fine and creamy bubbles, with peach and ripe pear flavours, flower notes and hints of tropical fruits
Aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee and pineapple). It then opens up with the fragrance of vanilla before developing notes of milky caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast, culminating in aromas of dried fruit and honey
Pale gold colour with greenish tints; delicate bouquet with notes of white flowers and vanilla. Dry, clean and elegant flavour with an attractive, lingering aftertaste of fruits and spices.
Graham's 20 Year Old Tawny has an excellent ‘nutty' characters and delicious hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. On the palate, it is rich, softly sweet and smooth, perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish.
Flavours of honey and nectar and its slightly richer amber hue. It has sweet citrus characteristics and maintains a good balance of freshness and delicacy.
