These move through into deep yet balanced and complexed herbal notes followed by waves of hay and green apple. Yamazaki 12yr Whisky, 70cl

XOriguer, 70cl
A spanish gin that is one of only two gins in the world with its own EU designation of origin, Xorigeur is based on an 18th century recipe and was popular with the sailors at that time. The green handled bottle makes it stand out from the crowd but it’s the perfumed flavour and orange-rich character which really make this gin sing. A grape alcohol base gives it a juicy flavour which is peppered with bright herbaceous and spicy notes. Fresh, almost menthol juniper ends each sip, lingering as a quenching aftertaste.
Wyborowa Vodka, 70cl
Clean polish vodka that holds its own. Bread and butter with dried apple and lemon zest on entry. crushed grains then take over with deep spicy overtones. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and the finish is both flinty and pepper driven. This is really very good for the price and remains a favourite of the polish, who seem to drink cauldrons of it every weekend.

Wood's 100 Navy, 70cl
A classic demerara navy style rum produced in guyana, wood’s 100 blends together a range of young rums. both pot still and continuously distilled rums make their way into the mix and it’s a distinct flavour that’s often used in tiki-style cocktails. prunes, caramel and sweet toffee are the first aromas released on opening and they’re soon joined by nutmeg and cinnamon spiciness. dark chocolate and fudge come through but the spiciness is the flavour that endures.

The character of Kentucky is strong in this one, wild turkey’s deep amber hues owe their colouring to the heaviest charred oak barrels around. The barrels are newer than your traditional bourbon style and result in the flavour of wild turkey being stronger and encapsulated in the barrels, without any flavour being cooked out. Warm hues and a warming flavour, the wild turkey is exceptionally smooth and satisfying, the flavours a little subdued but butterscotch coming through in the end. Wild turkey 101 has been aged for eight years at a much higher proof than they’re traditional bourbon. This delivers a more intense, alcohol-heavy nose but also a deeper, more complex flavour. Westerhall No.2 has been double distilled and aged in plain oak casks for two years to achieve a smooth and mellow balance. The No.2 is a light rum with a sweet flavour that comes in at 37.5% ABV. The rum is diluted with the purist of Grenadian spring water before being charcoal filtered for absolute clarity.
Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin, 70cl
The queen victoria rhubarb has gone from queen victoria’s buckingham palace garden, in the 1800's, to being grown on crown estate property in the 2000's. the farm where it is now grown is a crown estate previously owned by the current grower, who farms it to this day. this rhubarb has always been grown in the traditional victorian kitchen garden style, having lots of organic matter to nourish it. it has not been grown commercially with artificial fertiliser and chemical sprays, so over the years the flavour can be greatly improved. we use ‘curiosity’ to soften the plant and then extract the juice through traditional pressing methods. the fabulous liquid is combined with our global award winning harrington dry gin and just enough sugar to balance the acidity. the resuLtr is a rumbustious gin with a big burst of rhubarb which is a glory on its own and beautiful with either tonic or ginger ale.

Velho Barreiro Cachaça, 70cl
One of brazil’s favourite cachaça, Velho Barreiro is delicate on the nose but powerful earthy tones come through when you sip. Ripe marrow and fresh orchard fruit aromas are all present in the nose but when enjoyed neat the flavour is crisp and clean, with a rounded flavour profile which once again allows the sweet vegetal notes to shine. This also applies when you add it to your favourite exotic cocktail, unsurprisingly a perfect partner for the other essential ingredients in a caipirinha.
Vecchia Romagna, 70cl
Osborne’s 103 white label brandy is a classic brandy de jerez and aged in casks formerly used for sherry, adding a distinctly Spanish flavour to the drink. A young brandy, 103 brings together both the flavours of the Spanish grapes and stronger fruity notes which are brought out during the maturation process. A slight hint of oak ensures the essence of a traditional brandy but with a lightness that makes it popular for long drinks and cocktails.
Tullamore Irish Xo,
Finished in first-fill Caribbean rum casks which previously held Demerara rum. Leading it to have a nose with lots of tropical banana and mango alongside buttery caramel finished on the palate with a prickle of aromatic spice.
Tullamore Dew Whisky, 70cl
Tullamore dew is one of those famous Irish whiskies we all know and love. Classic flavour notes come through, with fruit and malt taking centre stage. Caramel and toffee soon follow and deliver added sweetness and warmth. Bitter fruit peel is balanced against the honeyed notes, vanilla and a herbal depth which really adds more character to the drink. Trois rivieres hides a lot of flavour in its crystal clear body. Punchy and awash with tangy notes, it is still smooth and is a great aLtrernative choice for your classic mojito or daiquiri. Fresh peaches, plums and pears come through in the nose and its high abv means once you sip you get the full depth of flavour in a single sucker punch. Despite its punchiness there is elegance to this rum and citrus and grassy notes come through to support the strength.

Basil, green apple and honey on the nose, on the palate there is grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme the finish is subtly sweet and a spicy finish with a hint of vanilla oak white pepper and ginger.

The Dalmore 15yr Whisky, 70cl
The Dalmore 15-year-old first hit the market in 2007 and benefits from maturation in apostles, amoroso and Matusalem sherry casks. The chocolate that the Dalmore is known for is present with abundance alongside zesty orange and wintry spices. The nose is simply meeting with orange zest and cocoa, with floral notes adding a further character dimension. A medium, sweet taste on the palate evokes the flavour of blue curacao and bitter chocolate, with stem ginger syrup and warming citrus present too.

First launched in 2008, the Dalmore 12-year-old is a single malt rich in coffee and toasty warm notes. Spicy and thick in the mouth, it’s a very rich malt which stands out amongst its peers. A classic from the isle of Skye and a critically acclaimed offering, Talisker 10 year old is a tangy and tasty malt. The nose is bitingly sharp with thick pungent smoke. Clapham’s finest gin, sw4 is proud of its heritage and offers a classic London dry gin flavour. Twelve botanicals are combined to create the flavours and it’s the musky aroma of angelica root which is first released, with mushroom undertones.
