Talisker is one of the most famous single malt families in Scotland: founded in 1830, Talisker is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. Coming from the sea, you can see the white buildings right on the shore from afar. The influence of the harsh maritime climate is immediately perceptible in the aroma and taste of all Talisker whiskies. Each sip reflects the Isle of Skye and its remote, rugged yet beautiful location within Scotland, making it the ideal whisky gift for adventurers. With notes of wood, salt water and spice, Talisker Storm transports the connoisseur directly into the eponymous sea storm. Thanks to the higher proportion of charred oak casks, which give the whisky its spice during maturation, its nose is powerful and fresh with an increasingly complex note - just like a storm brewing. About the brand

In 1825, the brothers Hugh and Kenneth McAskill rowed north from the Isle of Eigg across the Sea of the Hebrides to acquire Talisker House on the formidable shores of the Isle of Skye. For nearly 200 years, our distillery has been standing PROUDLY BY THE SEA, embracing the elements in a land of extremes that is the inspiration for the whisky we craft.
