Tasting Note Crème de apricot liqueur from french producer lejay-lagoute. it seems they've gone and re-jigged the recipe, bottling this particularly rich, fruity liqueur at a higher abv (25%) than previous bottlings. it's sure to still make an excellent cocktail ingredient, especially in a bellini.
