The nose is incredibly fruity, with lovely notes of blackcurrant and blackberry topped off by fine aromas of pepper. This wine’s freshness is highlighted by a pleasant acidity that offers a perfect balance to the impression of roundness in the mouth, complemented by a delicate and barely perceptible woodiness.
It once accounted for 40% of Portugal’s exported table wine and was one of the world’s most popular wines in the 70’s. Drier than it was with a touch more fizz, fresh and surprisingly well balanced with notes of rosehip.

Bright cherry red with ruby highlights. Numanthia is a powerful, intense wine, fresh yet silky, offering an explosion of fruity flavours such as ripe raspberry, blackberry and cherry. It boasts a complex nose, with spicy notes, among them mint, cloves and tobacco. Firm on the palate, with a harmonious, balanced, fleshy development. On balance, what is most noticeable in this wine is its structure, its body and depth. Its finish is firm and persistent, with refreshing acidity and touches of mocha, shiitake mushrooms and spice.
On the nose, it shows fruits characters of mulberry, cherry and red plums with savoury spices, cocoa powder and a hint of toasty oak. Elegant and juicy on the palate, it displays multi-layered fruit flavours accompanied by soft, fine tannins. This wine has an elegant structure, silky texture and juicy acidity to give freshness, and it culminates in a lingering finish.
A great example of the Sauvignon Blanc grape grown in Romania. This wine exudes soft tropical fruit aromas on the nose and this follows through to the palate where peach and apricot show. This is coupled with a lingering refreshing finish.
Brilliant colour, intense, lovely red fruits, silky and rich attack. Deeply coloured with purple reflection. Fruity on the nose, dominated by morello cherry and almond paste. Medium-bodied on the palate, priority is given to the fruit. Turning more intense on the finish with good tannins.

The Domaine de Valmoissine is ruby coloured with garnet tints. It has an intense aroma of Morello cherries and delicate wild herbs. The palate is harmonious with ripe tannins and balanced acidity. It is medium-bodied with rich summer pudding fruit flavours and a long silky finish.
This wine features a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights. A lively, aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit and spices is underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.
