Heavy on the botanicals upon entry which almost masks the juniper. Bergamot peel mid-palate followed by herbs and flowers. The gentle kick followed by stronger juniper notes with a sweet, almost lavender undercurrent on the close.
A four-year-old golden rum that's inspired by Bacardi founder Don Facundo's original recipe. Anejo Cuatro is a vibrant spirit with notes of honey, vanilla and oak spices, as well as a smooth palate that's rounded out by the inclusion of some five- and six-year-old rums.
A warming spiced-rum-based-spirit-drink from Bacardi, with a focus on the fiery notes of cinnamon. Bacardi Carta Fuego ages in torched oak barrels for at least a year and is charcoal filtered before bottling. It ought to spice up your cocktails and mixed drinks, that's for sure. The name, of course, comes from the Spanish word for "fire".
A selective set of 3-4-year-old rums are brought together to create the exceptional flavour of Bacardi black or Bacardi select. Charcoal filtration helps ensure a smoothness like no other and from the first scent, you’ll know this is a keeper for your drinks cabinet. Stewed fruit, lightly spiced cloves, caramel and coffee beans come through in the nose. Many of these elements are also present in the flavour with additional creamy vanilla, dry banana flakes and mocha notes. An exceptional rum from the world’s favourite producer.

A sweet rum-based drink which lets the citrus sing, Bacardi Limon offers more than just the lemon notes its name suggests. A wonderful spirit for mixing into cocktails or pepping up lemonade, its young age allows the bright notes to zing and jump out of each glass. The lemon notes are the strongest but they’re supported nicely by grapefruit and orange notes. The scent is stronger than the flavour but it’s a potent addition to your favourite soft drink/mixer/mixers.
Another string to the Bacardi bow is the oak heart and sweetly spiced spirit drink. It doesn’t have quite the abv to be classed as a regular rum but it has many of the characteristics a depth of flavour you’d expect. Liquorice fudge, cinnamon and baked pastry all come through in the nose and many of the same notes are present in the flavour with additional vanilla, pepper and spiced elements. Oak and coke is a class combination you’ll definitely want to try.

Setting the standard in white rum, Bacardi is known worldwide. In 1862 it became the world’s first premium aged white rum and using charcoal filtration was key to its original development. Bacardi is a necessity for many world famous cocktails and without we’d not have the classic daiquiri, the mojito or the cuba libre. Smooth and gentle on the palate it’s wonderful however you choose to mix it and offers a taste of cuba which can’t be compared.

The clue’s in the name with this one, Balvenie Doublewood single malt gets its name from the interesting distillation process, involving distillation in two kinds of wood. The maturation process involves moving the whisky from a traditional oak whisky cask to a Spanish oak sherry cask, adding more depth to its flavour and creating its warm, rounded character. Sweet fruit and sherry notes are apparent in its scent and the taste is mellow for a single malt, the sherry at work once more, with nuttiness and cinnamon notes building too.
This 21-year-old Balvenie malt is the flagship of Balvenie's small group of port wood whiskies and is a refined and balanced offering. It spends time maturing in thirty-year-old port pipes which deliver elegance to every sip. Dried pink grapefruit and earl grey tea followed by a strong liquorice undercurrent that leads into a sort of crushed parma violet sweets affair. Kick is woody and spicy and leads into juniper, bergamot and faint ginseng notes. All in all bloody good.
Heavy juniper from the off with heaps of citrus peel. A slight thai spice note comes through midway and then moves into heavy botanical lemon country. The kick is an easy one and the close is dried citrus peel and a little more of the thai spice on the end.

ULtra slick business from the Russian boys. Crystal clear on the palate with soft lemon barley notes. The finish is super clean and leaves face traits of barley and hay with moves into lemon and faint orange zest. Hats of to the beluga boys. Chill as you would champagne.
Strong zesty lemon from the off. A touch of grain in the middle and then faint liquorice and lime flavours fold back to heavy lemon meringue and a firm, yet sweet and spicy kick to finish. Lemon lingers for quite a while. Great stuff.
Smashed pink grapefruit leaps onto your tongue followed by waves of mellow Brazillian ginger and waxy lemon peel. The vodka is silky smooth and the finish is both citrus and summer spice with a firm kick. Keep this one in the freezer and drink it straight if you can. Brilliant stuff.
