Don julio anejo 1942 spends up to two and half year ageing, nearly enough to be classed as extra anejo. Dolin has been made to the same recipe in the Alpine hills around Chambéry since 1821 and was awarded the only Appellation d’Origine for vermouth in 1932. The style is on the lighter and drier side, being sugared to around 130g/l.
