Ferrand Cognac celebrates the grapes cognac is distilled from. Combined with Ugni-Blanc grapes, Ambré features the Colombard grape, a historical, native variety from a small local village in the Cognac region, one of the oldest surviving varietals that constitutes less than 1% of the cognac vineyards. This variety remains incredibly aromatic, imparting vibrant notes of lime, fresh peach and grapefruit. Thus, we created Ambré, a fresh and floral cognac that pays tribute to both our past and present. Double distillation on lees, highlighting length and complexity of our cognac.
