Batch distilled in the Yarra valley with Victorian olive leaf & olive oil No.1 Olive Leaf. The olives we use are sourced from our great friends at world-renowned Cobram Estate® in regional Victoria. We use olive leaf tea and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties, with macadamia nut and lemon myrtle. No.2 Savoury. Not sweet, in style or in drinks. No.3 Martini. We love this gin in every style of Martini classic, dirty, dry, wet, perfect and especially a Gibson. Also delicious in Spanish-inspired Gintonic. No.4 Olive Branch. Having made so many citrus-forward gins this is our olive branch to all those savoury gin-lovers out there.
