Della Vite Millesimato Rosé Prosecco is an award winning, vintage style, vegan certified and sustainably crafted Prosecco. The wine is made from hand-picked Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and produced by a third-generation wine making family. The wine is fermented for three times as long as normal styles of Prosecco which gives a very soft and elegant bubble profile. Yeast strains, cultivated by Della Vite, are used which gives a vibrant, fresh and easy drinking character to the wine. The wine is made in Valdobbiadene, which is one of the best regions for Prosecco production.
