The Martinotti method allows to preserve Glera grape aromas leading to a harmonious and elegant wine. Its bouquet reveals refined fruity and floral hints and its liveliness makes it perfect for special occasions such as weddings, events and as a gift. Best served at 4/5°C with: Caprese Risotto Raw fish and white meat Grana Padano
