Tasting Note
All the deliciousness of Baileys without the dairy! Notes of honey, a light creaminess and almond towards the end
About this product
Notes of honey and almond with a light creaminess make this the perfect dairy-free indulgence
Best enjoyed over ice or in a delicious vegan hot chocolate
Our alcoholic almond drink blends sweet almond oil and almond essence (from crushed almonds), cane sugar and purified water with a touch of real vanilla
Want to treat someone else? Why not gift them the world's most-loved spirit
Baileys Almande is vegan friendly and dairy-free, but very much not free from naughty, delicious indulgence.
Why should non-vegans have all the fun? 100% dairy-free, vegan-friendly Baileys Almande is for those days when you want something a little…spirited but sweet. Notes of honey and almond with a light creaminess make this the perfect dairy-free indulgence. Enjoy this delicious blend of almond and vanilla flavour as well as other ingredients and flavours straight over ice, whipped into a spiced chai latte or vegan hot chocolate or added as a nutty twist to an Eton Mess. Vegan Baileys? Bring it on.
Every year, roughly 200 million litres of fresh Irish milk are required to produce the creamiest of cream used in the production of Baileys. That's enough to make about 3.3 billion Baileys milkshakes, give or take.
Once upon a time, a small, let's say, determined group had a brilliant but lofty idea where they tried to have their cake and eat it too. You see, our founders wanted to take two simple treasures that their country was known for, delicious dairy cream and world-renowned Irish whiskey, and combine them. It took two years of trial and error but by 1974 we had added the finest spirits, rich chocolate and vanilla flavours (with some other flavours and ingredients) along with a little magic, to create the Baileys recipe we now know and love.
