Evan Williams Extra Age 7yr Whisky, 70cl

Evan Williams extra-aged offers flavours different from other bourbons in the distillery’s range, simply due to the extra time it spends in its barrels getting ready. When perfectly prepared it’s bottled and you’ll enjoy a wonderfully mellow and drinkable bourbon which has a perfectly balanced flavour. On the nose you’ll get bright notes of vanilla, cream and spice and they soon lad onto a maple syrup rich body, warm on the palate with oak notes balancing against the spice. Warm and sweet, perfect for those chilly winter nights.

Super clean and tasty quinoa vodka. Clean bright lemon and almost a little fruit on the palate. Very smooth all the way through. The finish is a lemon and soft spice affair. Very very well made vodka and very very fairly priced vegan-friendly too. Big thumbs up.

One of the younger flor de caña offerings, this 7-year-old rum is perfectly primed for mixing into all your favourite rum cocktails. Whether there’s a dark’n’stormy on the cards or you simply want the perfect complement to a fizzy coke, flor de caña 7 years will do the job. Prominent hazelnut and almond lead the flavour of this rum, with vanilla rounding it all off smoothly. Coffee and bitter chocolate notes are hinted at but remain in the background alongside light spiciness.

Ford's Gin, 70cl

Fords gin is made at Thames Distillers in London using wheat. The botanicals – including Spanish lemon peel, Turkish grapefruit peel and Chinese jasmine – are steeped in the stills for 15 hours before distillation. the result is a gin where the botanicals come to the fore.

Fortaleza Blanco Tequila, 70cl

Fortaleza Blanco is made by the fifth generation of the Sauza family. Made using traditional methods, this is exceptional with notes of black pepper, earth and butter.

Fortaleza Reposado Tequila, 70cl

FOUR PILLARS BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN, 70CL

Bloody Shiraz Gin is one of three seasonal gins made by Four Pillars and is like nothing you’ve tasted before. The home of Four Pillars is in the Yarra Valley, where their neighbours make some of the finest wines in the world. So, they decided to combine Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create their Bloody Shiraz Gin. They do this by steeping Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin for eight weeks. The fruit is destemmed but kept mainly as whole berries, and the tanks are kept cold and stirred daily. After a period of eight weeks, the fruit is pressed before blending with rarer Dry Gin.

Four Roses Bourbon Small Batch Whisky, 70cl

Four roses is an exclusive small-batch bourbon that offer a distinct and sweet flavour with strong notes of molasses and cinnamon. Honey hues release honey fudge and nougat notes followed closely by cedarwood and pipe tobacco. The flavour is similarly sweet, with the honey notes married closely with cinnamon and the cedar wood gaining a smoked quality. Distilled in northern Italy in traditional copper stills, there is a Slavic and Austrian influence due to the region of the distillery. With sweet brandy undertones mixed with the pomace of the grapes, Tosolini Cividana grappa has a mellow flavour which marries wonderfully with aromatic notes and the sweetness of grapes throughout.

Green Island Spiced Rum, 70cl

Spiced green island rum is a wonderful addition to your rum collection. GREENALL'S BLUEBERRY GIN, 70CL

Appearance: clear bright blue liquid. Aroma: the medium intensity of Greenall’s London dry gin infused with natural blueberries to give a floral top note and a creamy fruity finish.
