The wine is a pale gold colour with green hues. The aroma is intense white flowers - particularly honeysuckle and apricot nectar. The palate is rich and long, with citrus and tropical fruit flavours. This wine exhibits the typcial viognier texture-silky, rich and luscious with a fresh finish.
Aromas of blackberry liquor, bramble fruit and poached fig. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine offers flavours of juicy blackberry tart, dark plum, with a lengthy finish of coconut and vanilla from 10 months of American oak ageing.
After producing their first wine in 1980, the Hahn family have grown with the terroir in their native Monterrey. Tropical aromas of banana, lemongrass, citrus and orange zest. Bright acidity with viscous, luscious mouth-feel contributes to the wine’s clean finish.
