The Crazy Creature wine is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner, the most important grape in Austria and is known for its spicy, herbal but also fruity aroma and crisp, fresh acidity. Notes of whole-grain cookies, dried barley, hazelnut flour, and baking spices lead the aromas and flavours on the forefront, followed by tart lemon and spice. Its soft texture yet zippy acidity add up to a wine that’s entirely gulpable.
